Airsoft Replica Repair & Upgrade Services

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in the repair, maintenance, and upgrade of airsoft replicas. Each project is approached individually, ensuring full attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and regular progress updates.

We do not service or upgrade HPA (High-Pressure Air) systems.

2. Pricing & Payment

    •    Labour Rate: £20 per hour (minimum charge of 1 hour).
    •    Parts: Charged at current high street prices, sourced from reputable suppliers.
    •    Final Invoice: Issued upon completion of work, detailing labour and parts used.
    •    Payment Deadline: All invoices must be paid in full on or before the collection day.

3. 30-Day Warranty

All work carried out is covered by a 30-day warranty, effective from the collection date. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
    •    Misuse, accidental damage, or modifications after collection.
    •    Issues caused by poor-quality BBs, incorrect battery usage, or lack of maintenance.
    •    Ignored Recommendations: If advised to replace a part (e.g., motor, gears) due to wear, tear, or incompatibility and the advice is declined, the warranty will not apply to any resulting issues.

4. Collection & Storage Policy

    •    Collection Deadline: Guns must be collected within 14 days of the invoice being issued.
    •    Late Collection Fees: £20 per day for up to 30 days after the initial 14-day collection period.
    •    Unclaimed Replicas: If a gun is not collected within 44 days (14+30 days) and no prior agreement is made, the customer forfeits ownership, and the gun may be sold to recover costs of labour and parts.

5. Delivery Requirements

Each airsoft replica must be delivered with:
    •    One spare magazine
    •    A compatible battery (if applicable)

6. Underage Customers

If the owner is under 18, the following conditions apply:
    •    A parent/guardian must provide written permission and agreement to these terms.
    •    Updates on progress will be provided to both the owner and their parent/guardian.

7. Customer Communication & Updates

We value a personalized approach to each project. Customers will receive regular updates on their replica’s progress and any necessary recommendations.

8. Liability & Responsibility

    •    We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects.
    •    Customers must ensure their replica is in safe, legal condition before use.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds on services already performed.

Cancellations before work begins may be subject to a fee.

If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from the use of serviced items.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the service.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
